a) When the transformer is installed in parallel with the low-voltage distribution cabinet, the protection level of its shell shall not be lower than IP3X, and when installed separately, it shall not be lower than IP2X;
b) There shall be no spark discharge marks on the surface of the core and bushing;
c) There shall be no damage or cracks on the outside of the bushing and insulator;
d) There shall be no cracks or attached dirt on the transformer winding casting;
e) There shall be no serious dirt accumulation on the surface of the core and bushing;
f) The transformer shall make normal sound.
