The SC (B) 10 series resin insulated dry resin transformer is an industrial equipment designed using the principle of electromagnetic mutual inductance. Its iron core adopts a high magnetic conductivity and high-quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet 45 ° fully inclined step joint structure, combined with special square tube pulling plate and insulation tape binding process. The surface is coated with moisture-proof and rust proof resin, significantly reducing no-load loss, current and noise. It can operate normally in a 100% humidity environment and can be restarted without pre drying after shutdown. 1. Installation environment requirements
-Environmental temperature ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 95% (short-term allowance of 100%), altitude ≤ 1000 meters (special design required for exceeding the limit).
-The ventilation rate is calculated based on a loss of 3-4m ³/min per kilowatt (no-load+load) to avoid overheating in enclosed spaces.
-The distance between the transformer and the wall is ≥ 800mm, and the distance between adjacent transformers is ≥ 300mm to ensure heat dissipation.
2. Electrical safety
-Power off operation is required during voltage regulation, and synchronous adjustment of three-phase tap changer is required for non excitation voltage regulation to avoid contact discharge or screw breakage.
-When running in parallel, it is necessary to meet the following requirements: same voltage, consistent connection group, and impedance voltage difference ≤ 10%.
3. Operation monitoring
-Temperature controller setting: fan starts at 80 ℃, stops at 60 ℃, over temperature alarm at 130 ℃, trips at 150 ℃ (F-class insulation).
-Regularly check the three-phase temperature balance to prevent false alarms due to poor contact of the temperature controller.
4. Protective measures
-To prevent small animals, dust, and rainwater from entering, the protection level of the shell should match the environment (such as IP20 to prevent solid foreign objects, IP23 to prevent dripping).
