1.The core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45°three-stage fully oblique seams, no punching, and the core column is brushed with polyurethane varnish for curing.
2.The coil is made of oxygen-free copper conductor with reasonable structure, which improves the resistance to sudden short-circuit.
3.Increase the effective support of winding end face, so that the short-circuit resistance of the winding is further improved.
principle
Ac Power transformer based on the principles of electromagnetic induction, whereby a changing magnetic field induces a voltage in a nearby conductor. When an AC voltage is applied to the primary coil of a transformer, it produces a varying magnetic field in the core. This changing magnetic field induces a voltage in the secondary coil, proportional to the turns ratio of the coils. By varying the number of turns in the primary and secondary coils, transformers can step up or step down voltage levels to meet the requirements of different electrical systems.
